Other Projects In addition to the commitment made to the important START and Silent Witnesses programmes, Al Madad Foundation also supports a variety of other projects in the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Long term projects include support for the Spafford Children's Center in East Jerusalem and The Birziet University Photographic Library. More recently, Al Madad has been working in conjunction with other agencies and charities to help alleviate the emergency situation in earthquake stricken Kashmir and the crisis that has been developing in drought affected Niger. Al Madad Foundation is currently helping, in conjunction with UNICEF, to build twelve water wells in the desert region of Tchirozerine south of Agadez.     Supported Projects: Spafford Children's Centre The Birziet University Photographic Library TCF (The Citizens Foundation) earthquake rebuilding project in Kashmir Water wells in Niger in conjunction with UNICEF
