Season's Greetings!

"Happy in a safe space, happy to be learning, happy amongst friends - Happy Holidays from all of our pupils!"

While the calendar year might be drawing to a close, our School Year has only just begun, and as we prepare to say goodbye to 2018, mixed with our memories of the months gone by is excitement for what the New Year will bring for all of Al Madad Foundation’s pupils!

We have had so much to be grateful for in 2018, and, as always, our friends and supporters have played no small part in our ability to continue serving children in need by providing safe spaces to heal, learn and grow. In particular, this year saw the introduction of a dedicated Art Therapy programme at the CLC, which will not only help those at our own centre but, as the longest continuous intervention of its kind in a non-formal education setting, will hopefully result in better informed guidelines and a professional model for others to follow. We also completed work on a new playground area and installed a dedicated food preparation space, both of which have allowed us to make a great space even better for our pupils. Finally, one of our proudest achievements has come at the end of this year with the publication of our outstanding 2017/18 academic results!

As always, please accept our sincerest thanks for your continuing support, and our best wishes for a safe and prosperous New Year!
