Every single teacher we fund works directly with vulnerable children each day of their working life. For them a 'day at the office' means educating children but also looking out for their wellbeing and referring them to our specialist services when needed.

With our partner Ana Aqra Association, we aim to teach independence in learning; children 'learning how to learn', which, we hope, contributes to a higher chance of continued education. Ana Aqra Association follows the Balanced Literacy Approach to teaching, reading and writing with a contextualised version of reading and writing workshop of Columbia Teacher’s College.
