A list of 3 everyday activities at the Children's Learning Centre:
For the pupils at our Children's Learning Centre (CLC), life outside of school comes with very little certainty.  Part of what makes AMF’s work so special is that we are offering them something to call their own– their seat at the table, their teacher at the door, their place on the carpet, their artwork on the wall.

1. Hand-washing!

Many of you will know how hard this can be at the best of times with small children and in refugee situations health and hygiene support is even more important.  Teachers at the CLC provide lessons in everyday hygiene efforts to help promote good living standards to the communities we serve.

2. Arts and Crafts

It's a scene reminiscent of any pre-school around the world (pictured below)- a safe and peaceful 'normality' which is all the more precious to families that have fled conflict. This beautifully illustrated storybook written by our pupils is still available via our website.

3. Meals

For the Early Childhood Education morning shift, healthy food is served at 10.15am - the afternoon shift tuck into theirs at 2.15pm.

Al Madad Foundation is making amazing strides in improving the lives of some of the world’s most vulnerable children, but we can’t carry on without your help.  Your support helps make the seemingly impossible happen and we couldn’t be more grateful!  Please visit our website to find out more.
